For Sale: 1964 Chevrolet Impala in Franklin, North Carolina for sale in Franklin, NC

Vehicle Description Here is a REAL unmolested find! This one owner car comes with the original title and license tag from 1964! I have a duplicate replacement title that can be used to transfer ownership while you retain the original title because it's cool to have it.
The title is open so whoever registers it in their name will be the second registered owner.
It was bought new in Macon County NC and has been here for 58 years! It has been sitting since 1978 so it's going to need some work to get it running again.
The original buyer was elderly and only drove locally for 14 years, so the mileage is likely 23,259.
VIN # is 41847C156930.
It was assembled in Doralville, Ga.
just outside of Atlanta.
It has a small block V8, I believe a 283 and an automatic transmission, power steering and original AM radio, no power brakes or A/C.
The doors, hood and trunk line up nicely and close without effort.
The car is very straight and solid but does have some rusty areas as shown.
I believe everything is there for a restoration project.
The seats and carpet were removed years ago because of a hole in the windshield caused by a tree limb and that kept the floor pans from completely rotting out.
The seats were stored inside and the carpet was discarded.
Since it's been sitting for 44 years assume everything will have to be rebuilt, replaced or restored.
