Customer Service Representative


  • Make eye contact and greets all customers; identify and attend to customer by name, verify rental agreement and reservation, thank each customer at the conclusion of their transaction.
  • Answer customer questions and provide assistance based on each customer's needs and requests. This job responsibility requires keen understanding of the differences between products and services offered by Enterprise.
  • Ensure a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the rental process; review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of rates and service charges, verify return dates, extensions, POs, and other back-end related entities.
  • Organize Rental Agreements with all required information. Offer all customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information.
  • Answer telephone in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
  • Work on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty.
  • Maintain appearance of rental counters and customer areas to present a neat, orderly and safe condition; ensure counter is stocked with appropriate supplies to provide smooth and effective counter service.
  • Maintain clean, low mileage fleet mix that meets Enteprise requirements
  • Assist customers within the branch to minimize any wait time and provide the most efficient service possible.
  • Assist with customer pick ups/drop offs when applicable to local destinations.
  • Identify and communicate areas of opportunity for improved loyalty service delivery.

  • Must be willing to accept an hourly pay wage of $10. 00
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service responsibilities in a fast paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be willing to accept a part time position working up to 25 hours each week
  • Must be interested in part time employment, not ideal for candidates seeking temporary or full time employment
  • Apart from religious observation candidates must be able to work the following schedule each week:

MONDAY: 8:00am - 5:30pm

WEDNESDAY: 8:00am - 5:30pm

FRIDAY: 8:00am - 5:30pm

SATURDAY: 8:30am - 12:00pm (Alternating weekends)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
